Lighting Power Density for sauna

What shall I consider as Lighting Power Density (TABLE 9.6.1 of ASHRAE 90.1-2010) for a sauna that is inside a hotel?

Tenant Guidelines credit substitution to v4?

Now that Tenant Guidelines in v2009 are a bit dated, I’m referring to that CI v2009 no longer exists for new projects, wouldn’t it make more sense to use v4 credit requirements instead?

Can you include open spaces at roof level (Green roof, accessible by all) as part of the 30% requirement, or does the entire 30% need to come from open space at ground level only?
