Wallcovering Adhesive - LEED Compliant

We are having trouble sourcing a LEED compliant wallcovering adhesive. We specified Roman Pro-880 which is low VOC but doesn't have sufficient back up for TVOCs.

Are duct sealants and wallpaper required to have emissions testing documentation with TVOC in addition to VOC contents found in the MSDS?

Perhaps I missed this was snuck in for v4, but what part of laundry makes it now added to the rooms needing exhaust, supply, and negative pressure?
