Is all solid wood considered inherently non-emitting? I’ve seen sources that say only solid wood flooring counts as inherently non-emitting.

NC-v4 EQc2:Low emitting materials

Outside US Project

We are working on LEED v4 project  - New construction (Gulf). We have targeted this credit for atleast 2 points. Here, I am unable to find any paint/adhesive/sealant manufacturer who carried out emission tests for their products. Does Greenguard or CDPH are costly tests?

It may be, general practice in US, but outside US, we are unable to produce such documents. Manufacture also seems reluctant to carry out such tests.

For paints, Jotun is quite well known for projects all over the middle east. Seems like they're focusing on LEED v4 documentation so probably worth checking their solutions for green building.

Any other brands apart from Jotun that have LEED compliant low VOC paint in the Middle East?
