Pilot credit: Bird collision deterrence

We believe that pilot credit Bird collision deterrence is a great challenge for warehouses and distribution centers, especially as they are often located close to green areas.

buidling that is in total 9 stories - 8 stores residential can it be certified under LEED BD+C?

I have a new buidling that is in total 9 stories (ground floor + 8 floors). The ground floor is a retail and the 8 stores are residential.

We have a large sewer interceptor runnning through our site and are looking to tap into that heast source for district space conditioning.

Hotel Natural Gas Kitchen

Hi,

we're pursuing LEED NCv4 certification for a luxury hotel.

All the HVAC systems will be electric, but we'll have a kitchen serving the hotel restaurant which will use gas.
