Dear all LEED users,
I'm working on a DATA CENTER Project and I have a question about the calculation of PEAK Visitors and Regular building occupants.
There is a room that is empty all year and is specially reserved for the reception of a client in the event of an emergency. That is to say that this emergency room can accommodate up to 700 people for 1 days, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year or never be used. It is really a room provided in the event of a disaster on another building which would require the teams from the other building to be brought back. Should we account this eventually occupants in our project ? If yes, should we count them as occasional (peak visitors) or regular occupants?
Thanks a lot for your answers
Marion
