How much of site do you need to manage?

NC-v4 SSc4:Rainwater management

In the LEED guidelines it says that you need to manage on site the runoff from the "post developed site".

I came across a 2019 press release by Global GreenTag advising that the Global GreenTag PhD, Materials Transparency Certification Program is as of 2019 recognised by LEED and USGBC.

According to the Appendix G, our building does not fall into the allowable project type for System 7 or 8 but only because Appendix G indicates that the building has to be more than 5 stori
