In the LEED guidelines it says that you need to manage on site the runoff from the "post developed site". If you have a site that includes developed and non-developed land, do you need to manage runoff from the entire site, or just the runoff from the developed portion of the site?
Thank you very much in advance!

Hi Nate,
You will need to manage the runoff from the entire site for the chosen percentile of storm events.

By entire site, does this mean the entire site within the LEED boundary? Therefore, there is no area within the LEED boundary that is uncontrolled?
