Include Fixtures for Mother's Room?

My hunch is that faucets included in the mother's room do not needed to be included in the Minimum Indoor Water Use Reduction calculator, although I'm looking for confirmation. ...

It seems that EnergyStar certified dishwashers are not available in Poland. Credit language states that we can select a dishwasher that is not certified but which complies with the requirements...
