Does cementitious tile adhesive need to comply with VOC requirements of this credit? The adhesive is purchased as a dry powder and mixed on site by adding water.

This is going to keep occuring. There are probably a dozen more States right now that SFI is activly lobbying to end LEED. We can already hear the arguements being made over and over again.

There is penalty in our local electricity company's rate structure, for each kW you are over your base demand, so can we include this penalty in the saving we got in the modelling then? E.g.
