Calculation of drawdown rate Qr

I have a question for a Czech colleague of mine. The have a project and want to install a stormwater storage tank. The water shall be used for toilet flushing in the building.

I'm using a grey asphalt shingle as my roofing material and the manufacturer has no SRI or emittance information. What can I do to achieve this credit?

Would particle board be considered for this credit requirements? We have a situation where we are using it on the floor but I wouldn't necessarily see this as being held to these requirements.
