Devon is a Sustainability Manager at YR&G with expertise in green building strategies, sustainable living, and LEED certification. Devon’s experience includes project team coordination and project management for a range of project types and LEED Rating Systems, including New Construction and Major Renovations, Commercial Interiors, Retail, and Volume / Portfolio-wide applications. Her work focuses on project team guidance and education for sustainable design strategies, technical assistance and implementation support, and LEED documentation coordination.

In addition, Devon supports organizations in the development of sustainability-related quality assurance standards, training initiatives, corporate policies, and program implementation. She also develops LEED / green building and sustainability related resources, trainings and curriculum as part of YR&G’s education efforts. Devon holds a Certificate in Permaculture Design and has worked extensively with green roof projects, supporting research and implementation.
