We are managing the certification of an office building according LEED C&S 2009. Due to contractual reasons, the building owner has to reach LEED silver to sell the building to his client.
Yesterday we received our Construction Final Review. We received 46 points, but EAp2, EAc1 (11 points) and EAc5.1 (3 points) were denied. In the Construction Preliminary Review were 5 complaints about the simulation (EQUEST). The building itself is energy efficient, because it was planned according the strict German energy code. Obviously the points were denied only because of formal reasons due to the simulation.
Unfortunately we didn't receive any comments how to improve the simulation. Do you know if we get further assistance from our reviewer, if we go to appeal phase? Was anybody in the same situation and know how to finalize the certification successfully?
Thanks!

The final review comments should include a list of corrections which need to be made in the event of an appeal. Contact GBCI and request further clarification before submitting your appeal.
