Mechanical room covered by greenroof

By definition the mechanical room will be excluded from roof calculations. However, we are considering covering a mechanical room with a greenroof in order to apply for this credit.

Hotel Spa Water Use - LEED NC

I am working on a high-end hotel that has a spa installed. Is the spa considered in the water use reduction calculations or is it considered process as water? Thank-you

We will be salvaging furniture from a school already on our site, but we are not going for MR3 (Mat. Reuse) due to the limited amount.

We have a multiple building Project and the LEED Project Boundary of the 4 buildings to be certified do not sum up to be equal do the LEED Campus Boundary, which is according with AGMBC 2010 page 9
