I have a question regarding G3.1.2.8. Per this section a return fan is required for the baseline system if there is a return fan in the proposed model.

Option 2 for site that is partially zero-irrigation

Some portions of the site are irrigated, while other areas are not. Non-irrigated areas include adapted grass, shrubs and trees which are shaded by the building and do not need irrigation.

Hi, For the modelling input, should we use gross efficiency of the boiler or net efficiency? We tried to check what ASHRAE uses as a baseline but could not find anything. Many thanks!
