Demolition implemented by separate contractor

Would a mechanically ventilated building be able to rely on 2 methods for documenting compliance: T-stats and windows? Some occupants will use one, while the others will rely on another.

Now LEED Online only works if I use a Chrome extension to Explorer - it does not work in regular Explorer anymore. Why is this the case?

Our very limited experience, and the comments here, indicated that LEED Online is time-wasting, cumbersome, and unresponsive. Nearly dysfunctional.

Could occupancy sensor credit under G.3.2 be used towards meeting the 10% lighting savings requirement? Could credit for decorative lighting be implemented as well 9.6.2a?
