According to Interpretation #10209, issued 7/1/2012, it says that if a non-residential SF of a mixed-used building is less than 10% or no greater than 5,000 SF, it is acceptable for the non-residen

Under "LEED Project Submittal Tips: Commercial Interiors 2009", the guide is referencing to Table G3.1-5(F) when applicable for baseline and propose values consistent with Appendix A.

Mixed use meter

We have a meter that measures: chiller + pump + lighting system. Since we are not discriminating by "end use": would this meter qualify towards this credit? Thanks GH

Hello, Our project is a residential building and will have no mechanical ventilation in the apartments. For this case, LEED asks us to comply with ASHRAE 62.1-2007 paragraph 5.1.
