Finished surface of structural wall?

Hi. Does one include the finished surface (such as tile, or painted GWB) applied to or furred out from a structural wall in this credit? Thanks!

Our structural steel subcontractor is currently using a Sherwin Williams Weld-Thru Primer at the shop location. This is for anti-corrosive/rust purposes.

We would like achieve points for the credit: Renewable Energy Production. The design team is considering an Aquifer Therma Energy Storage (ATES) in combination with a heatpump.
