We are workingon a 3 story makers lab and classroom building at a university. The third floor is being built as core and shell for a future decision on use.

Besides CO2 sensors, what kind of outdoor airflow measurement device we need to provide in the design? Are there any particular rules to quantify how many devices and where to put them?

Our project is LEED NCv2009 and the site is designated as "Farmland of Statewide Importance", but not Prime Farmland. We are trying to clarify Prime Farmland v. Farmland of Statewide Importance.

Our project is factory expansion and our client purchase a new land nearby for parking facilities. The local zoning require 110 parking lot so we provide 104 parking lots on a new land outside LEED
