Hello from Colombia,

We have a C&S Project that has two different buildings (Hotel and offices building) in the same boundary. They share only three underground level parking garages and a pedestrian hardscape at the 1st level.

Can they be LEED certied as a single project or must they be managed as 2 individual LEED certifications ?
