Drywall replaced on int. non-structural wall

If a non-structural wall is to have the studs remain but the drywall replaced, will that area still qualify for the MRc1.2 calculation?

How do you go about a renovation in a LEED Plaitnum building? Do you have to do a recertification or another process. Theay are renovating 1 floor and I'm not sure the approach I need to take

We use 100% non-potable water in our project but the LEED v06 form still requires 50% reduction from baseline, but there is no calculator on the form and none separately available under Resources.
