We use 100% non-potable water in our project but the LEED v06 form still requires 50% reduction from baseline, but there is no calculator on the form and none separately available under Resources. Surely this is an omission? The only solution I can think of is to go back to an older form, download it offline, complete it offline and upload it. Does that seem correct? Thanks for advice!

Hm. The credit form loaded differently when I went back to it. Seems there are still some issues with the basic functionality of the form, or with my browser in combination with the form. The way it reads now, we just support the amount of water required with documentation of the recycled water system, but vaguely also requires it to support the levels of irrigation required. So it appears it still requires a calculation but with no guidance on how that is achieved.
