Definition of Carpool that fulfills the LT Reduced Parking Exemplary Requirements

What happens when the 1/4 mile from the project boundary bisects a dense building?  Can the whole building be included in the calculation?  Only the part of the building that is in the 1/

1/4 mile radius cuts through building...

The edge of my 1/4 mile radius cuts half way through a couple buildings...would I include half the area in my density calculations, whole, or not include the building at all?
