Furniture - Piano and Ping Pong Table?

Open Floor Plan with different Tvis Values

Can I do prescriptive method of calculation for an open floor plan if the N+W glazing walls of the building have a Tvis of 38% and the South + East glazing walls have a Tvis of 56%?

A five story Atrium is being constructed in a science building. It is also the main entry into the building and furnished with benches for transient use.

In a LEED-CI project, can we attempt for MRc4, MRc5, and MRc7 but not included cost of furniture in the calculator? It means that the furniture is not included in any of the LEED-CI credits.
