Entryway systems

CS-2009 IEQc5:Indoor Chemical and Pollutant Source Control

1) In the C&S 2009 requirements for IEQc5, there is a statement that says "Core & Shell projects that do not have entryway systems cannot achieve this credit." What exactly does that mean?

In v2009 we are required to survey only the regular occupants and not the visitors regardless of how many visitors there are correct?

Path 2 Flushout

Our project went with Path 2 Post-occupancy flush out. All AHUs required 2-4 days of flush out before occupancy could occur and about 24 days post occupancy.

Our project is pursuing EAc3 - Enhanced Commissioning. The reference manual states that the CxA performing the enhanced commissioning must also perform the fundamental commissioning.

Our project was denied credit due to a failed pre-requisite during the final review. The client once us to file an appeal to address the pre-requisite.
