Solar Water Heating System

Hi, Has anyone found a reliable calculator for estimating savings from a solar water heating system that has been submitted and accepted by USGBC reviewers. I am looking for something similar to the PV Watts calculator for solar PV calculations. Thank you!

We have used RETScreen. It is commonly submitted for LEED projects.

Hello Marcus, Quite OT here: Can we use RETScreen software for energy modeling and results can be uploaded to meet EAp2/EAc1? I am capable in using both RETScreen and eQuest, but am still thinking what software would be best to perform energy modeling to meet these credits. TIA, Eric

I do not think RETScreen meets the software requirements of Appendix G. See G2.2.
