Preferred Parking Enforcement Requirements.

Regarding the preferred parking, the credit requrements state "Clearly identify and enforce for sole use by green vehicles." (emphasis added).

Do the same restrictive rules apply to the Building Envelope CxA as they do to the MEP CxA?  I don't see any detail about this on the USGBC site.
