NC-v4 MRc1:Building life-cycle impact reduction

Hi All, Our building we are working on is not existing and will be built new on the site. Do we still qualify for Mrc1 option 4?

Previous restrictions on content of shop-applied primers (such as on structural steel), that were put on hold in v3, appear to not have carried forward at all in v4. Am I correct?

Hi, we are a GC on a LEED NCv2009 project & need to paint some interior glass. I'm trying to confirm the VOCs the paint/coating needs to comply with.

For Uplight, Option #1 was selected.  BUG rating of fixtures was provided.

Average Weekend Trips

We have a project which a bus line provides (15) trips on a Saturday and (11) trips on a Sunday, with an average of (13) trips between the (2) days.  The credit language states that an average

Utility Bills for REC Green Power Calculations...

The link below, fromLEEDuser, indicates that if you can use actual utility bills x 50% x 2 yrs to calculate the required quantity of RECs as opposed to the EAc1 energy model design consumption x 35

Amtrak and Megabus

Our project is shy of the second weekend trip threshold (108) by 1-ride. We are within walking distance of Amtrak, which has regularly scheduled pickups at our location twice a day.
