NC-v4 MRc5:Construction and demolition waste management

Demolition includes Mechanical and Electrical equipment

Assume a building to be demolished has large HVAC equipment and electrical gear, etc., and is not being reused but discarded. How would these be included and documented in CWM tracking? Would these be included? I have not encountered this issue before and would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks!

It is part of the demolition waste, and should be treated like all other demo waste.  The only waste that wouldn't be tracked from a demolition would be the removal of hazardous/toxic items (asbestos, etc), and those would be removed before the 'typical' demolition of a building. If the equipment is going to a recycler/scrap yard, then you need documentation like any other haul to a recycler.  If the equipment is going to a landfill (I hope not), then you need documentation like any other haul to a landfill.
