I was wondering if someone can help here. Working on a v4 C&S 5 story building. Some of the tenant space on each floor is laboratory space (40% approximately of each floor).

Project registration

NC-v4 MPR1:Must be in a permanent location on existing land
posted by  Kavita Karmarkar  on

I am posting this here as this question is not really applicable to any credits / MPR.

Is there a hard cut-off to when a project can register for LEEDv4 New Construction?

Round up or down for weekend daily trip average?

NC-v4 LTc5:Access to quality transit
posted by  Danielle Waters  on

The project has 16 trips Saturday and 13 trips Sunday, and the average is 14.5 [(16+13)/2].

Can I assume rounding up to 15 daily trips for the entire weekend?
