Is it still possible to get 3 points for 5 compliant credit categories, if the building is entirely constructed off-site and then brought to the site and assembled? I believe this strategy still meets the credit intent. If so, in the Low-Emitting Materials Calculator would I just select the option that these interior materials are "Inherently Non-Emitting" and therefore compliant for paint, coatings, adhesives and sealants (the site-applied credit categories)? These don't fit the traditional definition of inherently non-emitting, but I believe if I left these categories off of the calculator it would not consider these categories compliant.
