We are trying to pursue this credit since it better reflects our building performance than the cost-metric and it also gives us more Points.

I have a lavatory faucet that are automatically controlled (sensor control) and a flow rate of 5 l per minute. In accordance to the LEED manual the baseline is 1.9 l per minte.

Tenant Guidelines credit substitution to v4?

Now that Tenant Guidelines in v2009 are a bit dated, I’m referring to that CI v2009 no longer exists for new projects, wouldn’t it make more sense to use v4 credit requirements instead?
