EBOM-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

LEED EBOM v4 minimum occupancy requirements

Hello,

Does LEED EBOM v4 require a minimum occupancy requirement to be able to be certified?

Our building is fairly new and we are aware of the full 12 months energy use. The building is in Sweden and for EA P2, we are not elgibile for Energy Star Rating from what we gather and therefore using Case 2 for that prerequisite.

Hi Since you won`t use the Energy Star score (Case 2), I think there is no minimum occupancy. Pursuing Case 1, you`d have to comply with the minimum occupancy rates for some building types, as stated by the Portfolio Manager from Energy Star: https://portfoliomanager.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/211026978 I assume your Project isn`t any of the type of buildings listed on the article. Hope it helps.
