Is the Exemplary Performance threshold 54 % for CS as well (like NC?) The leap seems bigger for CS project than for NC Projects, based on that the table ends on 47 % for CS and 50 % for NC, both achieving 18 points. Cannot find any later updates…

Hello Maria,  Yes, the exemplary performance threshold for CS project is 54%. This is exact language from LEED Online Reference guide:  Exemplary Performance Option 1. New construction, major renovation, and core and shell projects: Achieve at least 54% energy savings Please see here: https://www.usgbc.org/node/2614273?view=guide&return=  Hope it helps!
