Do toilet rooms count as non-regularly occupied spaces?

We are considering this credit for a large high school. We have some large toilet room areas and are wondering if these fall into the "non-regularly occupied" or "unoccupied category".

Flushing Out a Hockey Rink

My project is a new construction hockey arena pursuing Option 1, Path 1 for the flush out. The thing is, we have ice. Ambient temperatures will not be above 60 degrees.

Hi, does anyone know if the v2009 interpretation still applies that the first 3 ft of the 10 ft must be a permanent system (like recessed mat system) and the remainder can be roll-up mats

Our HVAC engineer indicated that ASHRAE 55 cannot be met on a healthcare project because it is not applicable for metabolic rates below 1.0.  Isolation room and ICU patients could be sleeping
