Epoxy Flooring with ZERO VOC

NC-2009 IEQc4.3:Low-Emitting Materials—Flooring Systems

I have a project with a large area of Epoxy Flooring, this epoxy contains 0% V.O.C.'s does it count as an inert material; or is testing required? Thank you

In all my 40 LEED projects I have never included labor and delivery to a material's cost total.

Duct Sealant

I used a duct sealant with VOC = 49 g/l and I am not sure if it complies with IEQ credit 4.1, because I do not know in which category it falls in the table.

Final M&V Report

We would like to know if the project can obtain its LEED certification prior to submitting the Final M&V Report, which is dependent upon 1 year of post-occupancy energy use data.

Baseline Return/Relief Fan Power

90.1 AppG G3.1.2.8 says the return/relief fan should be sized for max (SA-OA, 90%*SA) [cfm]. But in table 1.4. the allowable fan power is only based on the supply fan power.
