Rock joined EEI as an Associate following the acquisition of Rivion in early 2023. He brings 14+ years’ experience working in the building performance analysis and commissioning industry. As an Associate, Rock is responsible for the daily operations of EEI's Wisconsin branch and the experienced team of building consultants, energy engineers, and commissioning agents.

Notably, Rock has been involved on projects around the globe, including those pursuing LEED, WELL, Fitwel certification, and PACE financing, totaling 200+ certifications and 60+ million square feet in both New Construction and Existing Buildings.

Beyond project work, Rock remains actively engaged within the industry, serving as the Chair of the USGBC Water Efficiency Technical Advisory Group and as a committee member for ASHRAE 189.1 Standard for the Design of High-Performance Green Buildings.
