Path 2 Flushout

Our project went with Path 2 Post-occupancy flush out. All AHUs required 2-4 days of flush out before occupancy could occur and about 24 days post occupancy.

Our project is pursuing EAc3 - Enhanced Commissioning. The reference manual states that the CxA performing the enhanced commissioning must also perform the fundamental commissioning.

Path 1 indicates flush-out needs to be accomplished with 14,000 cu ft. of OA per sq. ft. of floor area while maintaining an internal temperature of at least 60 deg F and no more than 60% RH.

3 LEED projects sitting on a parking & retail layer cake

Hi, We have a campus master site occupying a city block. There are 7 podium floors with a hotel, condo towers and retail sprouting from them that are parsed into 3 separate LEED projects.
