Hi, the language in v4 is a little different from the v2009. v2009 explicitly says that sites without slopes can automatically qualify for the point. Does v4 remove that option?

The project in question is an existing single story C&S being renovated.

We are working on a project with two buildings on one site, one commercial C&S, one Hotel.
