Double trouble with ceilings

Our school project is retaining nearly all of the original plaster ceilings. We are, however, removing the suspended ceilings that were installed in the 1970's, just below the plaster ceilings.

Working on a Warehouse with (4) vending machines, (2) refrigerators. With 24 hr. loads, these seem like good candidates for requring Energy Star qualified products.

We have an existing older building that had interior walls and sectioned rooms put in that were never permitted and were not code compliant.

I'm working on a stadium project. I reviewed the IEQ Space Matrix, and it appears to indicate all commercial spaces, inclusive of retail or assembly spaces, can comply with this credit.
What is the baseline assumption for this credit?
