Credit compliance using AVR as an alternative metric

I see some formal programs use “average vehicle ridership” (AVR) as an alternate metric. We are active participants with the Go Smart/Go Perks/Triangle Transit/Share The Ride program.

Can we use the IEQc4.5 Furniture and Furnishings as an ID credit

Hello: Our team is completing the maximum amount of credits under the IEQc4 and we were wondering if the IEQc4.5 Furniture and Furnishings can be counted as an Innovation and Design credit.

The project is under 20,000 sq. ft and only a tenant finish in an existing building. Can the CxA be an employee of the design firm for the enhanced Cx?

I'm currently working with a CFD modeler for the contaminants portion of this credit. We're having trouble finding the generation rates per square foot of active contaminant.
