Does IT and AV equipment need to be installed prior to IAQ testing? We are moving offices and our IT team will be dismantling and reinstalling AV and IT equipment the weekend prior to our move.

How does one document use of a ULEF melamine in LEED Online? There is only a check box for "Product Contains No Added Urea-Formaldehyde".
