Clarification needed for 47 Serving sizes: On Part 2: Dishware d. Cups are no larger than 473 mL [16 oz]. Does this include both coffee/tea mugs as well as water glasses?

In my Arc dashboard, under Credits/Actions, I'm only seeing "Data Input" and "Review" and nowhere do I see the option for submitting documents to earn the Sustainable Sites credits in v4.1.
