The base building achieved this, which was seeking LEED v3 CS. At that time it was pilot credit SSpc14. We are now pursuing this for our LEED V4 ID&C Buildout. This credit has now been moved to an Innovation Credit, however the requirements of taking the survey and registering for the credit still seem to be posted. For Innovation credits, the survey's and registration aren't relevant as this credit is no longer listed in the catalog. The Innovation Credit requires 8/9 of conditions met rather than the pilot requirement of 9/9- this makes it easier to achieve.
This credit requires the architect's engagement to document some of the requirements. Calculations done by architect for base building were very relevant to the credit calculations. User's of this credit need to thoroughly read the requirements for each part.

Hi Patricia,
Be cautioned that this credit is not listed in the Credit Library under CI for either Pilot (open or closed) or Innovation as an option. It does apply to NC/CS projects, but not CI.
If you're in a sole tenant situation, you might could argue applicability, particularly if you're working with the base building for design, but otherwise, it may be rejected.

Hello,
As Patricia stated, this credit has now been moved to an Innovation Credit, however the requirements of taking the survey and registering for the credit still seem to be posted. What is up with that? Do I still need to take the survey and register it although it is now an Innovation Credit?
