Hi, I want to know clearly what is Access to quality transit? Also how can i achieved this credit point for LEED NC v4. Pls share with me compliance path,what type of documentation needed?

I have a Daycare center that's pursuing LEED-NC v2009. There are a couple of "changing room stations" that have sinks. Would these be classified as kitchen sinks or lavatory sinks? thanks!
