EBOM-2009 EAc3.2:Performance Measurement—System-Level Metering

Calibration

Hallo, According to the BMS and HVAC subcontractor, the sensors do not need to be calibrated, particularly CO sensors and chilled water temperature sensors. For AHU's air supply temperature sensors, they recommend replacing them if they are "out of range" Is this a common practice? What specific sensors need to be calibrated? Thank you.

For this credit, the energy meters need to be calibrated rather than BMS and systems sensors. Proper function of sensors and actuators is addressed under EAc3.1 and can be demonstrated via a robust BAS maintenance plan.
