Hi, I am working on a multi-tenant office building. One tenant with over 70% of the rented area doesn't want to give their concsumption data.

The DES guideline (2010) allows us to model DES cooling plant with a COP of 4.4, which includes cooling towers and primary pumps.

Farmland Development?

We have a site that has a strip of prime farmland, which we are not building on per se. We have a retention pond with a water feature in mind for that area.

Our building includes offices attached to a manufacturing facility by a hallway and kitchen area. The initial goal was to just get the offices and kitchen area LEED certified for EBOM.
