I am trying to submit for LEED v4 for a campus building which is served by the campus central plant.we are taking Option 1, Path 3. Streamlined DES Modeling.

Dear All, I have a doubt regaridng the LPD requirements for LEED projects. I am doing a Hotel project and would like to know if its mandatory to comply with Table 9.5.1 and Table 9.6.1 for LPD.
