I am working on a mixed-use project that is primarily residential, but we do have a small amount of shell space on the ground floor for future commercial.

Custodial Sinks and Faucets

I'd like to clarify whether this credit only applies to those domestic fixtures used by tenants or if faucets used by custodial staff also need to be included?

In the earlier versions of this ratings system, you could show metered water usage, to prove reduction over the baseline. Is this no longer true?

Wood Floor Gameline Paints

I am wondering if anyone has had success categorizing court marking paint for wood athletic courts as "graphic art coatings" under SCAQMD 1113, which changes the VOC limit to 500 g/L?

To the materials derived from petroleum as we consider the place of extraction? As the real place of extraction of the raw material oil?
