I believe the standard GBCI policy on sunset dates is six years from the last date that a project could register under the given rating system.

Dear Tristan, I am currently working on European based LEED 2009 (V3) registered projects. Apparently LEED V4 credits IEQ c4.1, IEQ c4.2 & IEQ c4.4 now accept local VOC content regulations as a
