SSc4.3 as it relates to SSc4.4 Opt 3 "no new parking"

Our project is a new classroom building, on a college campus, whereby no new parking is being built or provided.

Table 1 is compulsory

it is required to comply with the table 1 for each fixture as it seems to state in the establisment period for option 1 calculated water use, or it is enough to comply with the baseline 120% o 150%

Indoor water use Reduction Calculator bug

There is a bug in the Indoor water use Reduction Calculator when there is no urinals, the male water closet uses per day are set to 4 instead of 3 uses per day. How can we solve this?

Confused about Perf periods and 2-yr contract for offsite REC's

We purchased REC's (Texas products) for backdates 3/13 to 3/14 AND going forward 3/14 to 3/15 to cover both the Perf Period AND the 2 yr contract requirement for the credit.

I think I know this answer to this, but I can't find an answer anywhere so I would like someone else's opinion. I'm working on a LEED for schools project. About 3/4 of the building was renovated.

One of our client has already own the wind turbine for 100% of the buildings electricity. They want to show that wind turbine power to meet the LEED requirement.

Landscaped area included or only irrigated landscape areas?

Are all landscaped areas within the LEED project boundary included in the calculations for this credit or just irrigated landscaped areas?
