Is all solid wood considered inherently non-emitting? I’ve seen sources that say only solid wood flooring counts as inherently non-emitting.

If furniture is part of the scope of work for the project, then include it in the credit evaluation. If furniture is a separate contract from the building construction, then you can exclude it.
